Base pay range
$55,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr
Role Overview:
As a Growth Marketing Manager/Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive customer acquisition and lead generation through inbound marketing channels. You’ll plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising, SEO, email marketing, and social media campaigns while continuously experimenting with new growth tactics, A/B testing, and marketing automation. Your collaboration with the sales team will ensure that marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) are effectively nurtured and converted into customers.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Acquisition & Lead Generation: Develop and implement inbound marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads and improve conversion rates. Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff and conversion from MQLs to sales-qualified leads (SQLs).
- Paid Advertising & SEO: Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms. Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search visibility.
- Email Marketing & Automation: Design and execute email marketing campaigns that nurture leads and drive customer engagement. Leverage marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) to create automated workflows and personalized nurture sequences.
- Social Media & Content Marketing: Manage and grow social media channels to drive brand awareness and lead generation. Collaborate with content teams to develop compelling blog posts, landing pages, and other inbound marketing assets.
- Experimentation & Growth Hacking: Continuously experiment with new growth tactics, A/B testing, and data-driven strategies to improve conversion rates. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (CTR, CPA, CPL, ROAS, etc.) to optimize campaigns.
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of driving customer acquisition through paid advertising, SEO, email marketing, and social media.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid channels.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and marketing automation platforms.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in A/B testing and performance optimization.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales and content teams.
- Experience working in a B2B, SaaS, or tech-driven environment is a plus.
Pay range and compensation package:
Salary range: $55,000 - $100,000
Healthcare Insurance with Dental coverage will be provided. Pay biweekly.
