UPPF seeks a results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to spearhead revenue growth and brand engagement. This onsite role combines hands-on sales execution with strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales track record, complemented by marketing expertise to craft campaigns that resonate with our target audience. Sales (60%) Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calls, and networking. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies based on market feedback. Marketing (40%) Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, events). Create compelling content (blogs, newsletters, social posts) aligned with brand voice. Administrative & Collaborative Duties Maintain CRM systems with accurate client data and sales pipelines. Generate reports on sales performance and campaign metrics. Work cross-functionally to align sales/marketing efforts with company goals. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. ~3-5 years of experience in sales, with 1-3 years in marketing roles. ~ Proven success in meeting/exceeding sales quotas. ~ Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot), digital marketing platforms (e.g., Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
