Overview
We are looking for a Creative Manager to spearhead the visual storytelling for our brand. This position merges graphic design, photo/video production, and team leadership to create captivating digital and physical marketing materials that stay true to our brand’s identity.
Key Responsibilities of the Creative Manager:
- Develop creative assets for various media, including digital ads, packaging, signage, and websites.
- Ensure consistent brand identity by managing the Brand Style Guide across all platforms.
- Oversee photo/video shoots, content creation, and motion graphics production.
- Lead and mentor the design team, managing project priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Work closely with eCommerce and marketing teams to enhance the customer experience.
- Provide engaging visual content for social media platforms.
- Travel to different locations as needed for brand-related projects.
Qualifications for the Creative Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design (Fine Arts preferred) and 8+ years of experience in design leadership.
- Proficiency in graphic design, video editing, and multimedia production.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills with a passion for culinary arts.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
