Job Title: Program Manager II (Content Workflow & Measurement Specialist)
Location: Mettawa, IL (3-Days / week Hybrid Onsite)

Description:
Content Workflow & Measurement Specialist The DL (Digital Lab) Content Workflow and Measurement Specialist is part of the DL Channel Platform team and will be responsible for understanding and creating workflows, measures, and dashboards for DL Channels teams and Leadership in documenting those workflows for configuration in the internal work management systems.
Responsibilities include: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, channel build workflows and identify opportunities for workflow optimization and system enhancements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for measurements and dashboards supporting various tasks and projects. Design, build, and optimize project templates, workflows, reports, and dashboards to meet organizational needs. Work with IT and external vendors to integrate with other business systems and platforms. ct as a liaison between technical teams and end-users to ensure alignment on platform enhancements and updates. Provide training sessions, documentation, and support to users to ensure effective utilization of the tools. ct as the primary point of contact for user inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving access or workflow challenges.

dobe Workfront knowledge and experience and hands on configuration expertise (and other tools like Smartsheet, Trello, etc.) Digital Channel build process experience (email, web, programmatic display, etc.) Strong project management Experience in supporting content workflow management Good communicator, connector with teams, strong ability to document and capture requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related field. 3+ years of relevant end-to-end marketing content creation, measurement, and dashboarding Understanding and/or strong learning agility for Pharma content supply chain processes, Material Review processes, content inventory management, and production planning. Proficiency in Adobe Workfront, including system configuration, reporting, and workflow design. Proficiency in Smartsheet, including system configuration, reporting and workflow design. Power BI proficiency preferred. Proficiency in Veeva PromoMats, including system configuration, reporting, and workflow design. bility to think strategically with a strong ability to execute and exceed stakeholder expectations and project goals. bility to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong client service and project management skills; in particular, must have the ability to communicate with both business and technical individuals effectively Have strong attention to detail and exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to train and support users at all levels (written and oral) Experience in Pharma preferred but not required.
