DescriptionWe are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level Events and Promotions Assistant to join our client's team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event planning, marketing, and promotions. You will play a key role in supporting the coordination of events and promotional activities that increase brand visibility and customer engagement for our client.Key Responsibilities:Assist in execution of marketing events, such as trade shows, corporate events, and promotional activities.Help manage event logistics, including venue setup, coordinating supplies, and ensuring smooth event execution.Support the distribution of promotional materials to enhance event visibility.Engage with event attendees and clients, providing exceptional customer service and information.Collaborate with the marketing team to drive event promotion and marketing initiatives.Track event outcomes and provide feedback for continuous improvement.Qualifications:Strong interest in event planning and promotions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Positive attitude and team-oriented with a willingness to learn.Organizational skills and attention to detail.Previous experience in customer service, sales, or marketing is a plus, but not required.
