Are you a strategic thinker passionate about B2B marketing? Moss Adams offers a unique opportunity for a Consulting Marketing Senior Manager. You will lead marketing strategies for our Risk Advisory & Compliance and Deal Advisory Services, providing strategic and operational leadership to support our growth.
As the Senior Manager, you will work closely with practice leadership to define marketing approaches aligned with business goals. You will engage with client servers and sales teams to identify market opportunities, develop go-to-market strategies, implement plans, and measure outcomes. Your understanding of solutions, services, industry trends, and client-server dynamics will help craft compelling value propositions.
You will design and execute integrated marketing programs and demand generation campaigns, continuously seeking new marketing activities to drive growth. Collaboration with Creative, Legal, Sales, and Learning & Development teams will be essential to deliver outstanding results and foster teamwork.
We seek candidates with strong analytical skills and proven experience in developing and executing B2B multi-channel marketing campaigns that generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs). Knowledge of the professional services industry, SEC, PCAOB, M&A, and enterprise companies is highly desirable. Experience in marketing IT compliance and cybersecurity is a plus. Effective cross-team communication and stakeholder engagement are crucial.

Responsibilities :
Create and lead marketing strategies across practices such as Business Risk Services, Technical Accounting Consulting, SOC, Examinations, IT Assurance, Cybersecurity, Valuation, Due Diligence, M&A Tax, Merger Management, Post-Acquisition Dispute Resolution, and Restructuring, ensuring alignment with growth and brand strategies.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive integrated campaigns through content marketing, advertising, digital channels, media relations, collateral, and events.
Manage marketing planning and budgeting, and report on performance against strategic and financial goals.
Lead and mentor marketing personnel, fostering team development and addressing training needs.
Analyze marketing results and implement changes to improve effectiveness.
Share best practices across practices and functions.
Provide leadership for sales and marketing initiatives, collaborating with other departments to guide operations and strategy.
Oversee client experience and growth initiatives in coordination with national marketing and sales teams.
Act as a brand ambassador, articulating the firm’s brand position clearly.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership roles; experience in public accounting or professional services preferred.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
Ability to build trusted cross-functional relationships and influence others.
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and creative solution skills.
Excellent project management, communication, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, BI reporting, and email marketing tools.
Willingness to travel approximately 20% as needed.
