Texas Oncology Marketing Team .
This is a hybrid remote position, which means that the employee will be required to attend monthly meetings and training at our corporate location in Dallas, Texas.

Job Profile Summary:
The Brand & Creative Manger is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of the organization's brand strategy, creative direction and campaign development. With the director, the manager plays a role in executing the organization's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all communication channels. The manager also collaborates with cross-functional teams to create compelling brand experiences and campaigns and drive engagement with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Manage creative projects, including graphic design, photography, videography, and multimedia production, ensuring high-quality deliverables that align with brand guidelines. Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels, including print materials, digital platforms, campaigns, and events. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, communications, and clinical staff, to develop and execute initiatives that support the brand and drive engagement with target audiences in alignment with brand guidelines. Under general supervision, provide creative direction and guidance to internal and external creative teams, including designers, copywriters, and agencies, to ensure the delivery of impactful and cohesive creative assets. Co-own and manage brand and creative department tools along with the director to support the organization’s creative and production needs. This includes print on-demand platforms, marketing project management platforms and creative asset management systems. Manage the company’s online storefront of branded promotional products for internal and external audiences. Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in branding, design, and creative storytelling to continuously enhance the organization's brand positioning and creative execution.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, design, or a related field; 7+ years in brand management, creative direction, or a similar role, preferably within the healthcare industry or a related field. Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments Proficiency in graphic design software and multimedia production tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar applications is a plus. Strong communication and presentation skills. Knowledge of marketing and advertising principles, including digital marketing, social media, and content strategy. Passion for the healthcare industry and a commitment to the organization’s mission of providing compassionate cancer care.
