Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content tailored to our audience.
- Design and distribute marketing materials, including emails, brochures, and newsletters.
- Optimize and maintain the company website, improving SEO and user experience.
- Track and analyze marketing metrics, adjusting strategies for effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Plan and execute local events, sponsorships, and networking opportunities.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred).
- Experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, and CRM software.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite products including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- Strong communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the insurance industry (preferred but not required).
