Job Description Summary:
Strategize, plan, and manage the creation and development of marketing technology and solutions initiatives, including but not limited to, Marketing Cloud and related database functions. Evaluate, recommend, implement, and manage a new Customer Data Platform (CDP) and explore emerging technology platforms. Focus on enhancing customer experience by increasing acquisition, retention, and purchase frequency. Compensation:
The pay range at the start of employment is expected to be between $130K to $140K per year, subject to individual factors such as market location, skills, and experience. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain a Marketing Cloud database supporting email, journeys, and predictive marketing initiatives. Serve as the system/application owner and subject matter expert for Marketing Cloud; build reports, manage data extensions, and lead strategy and development of customer journeys. Develop segmentation methodologies for multiple channels including email marketing. Assist with campaign planning across email, SMS, mobile app, and direct mail channels. Evaluate business solutions and lead cross-functional implementation of new programs in collaboration with internal teams and external partners. Develop new program features and initiatives to meet KPIs and support rollout across all customer touchpoints. Evaluate and implement strategies for a Customer Data Platform and customer loyalty program elements across channels. Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and re-engagement strategies. Develop and maintain reporting and analysis to measure performance and inform future strategies. Identify opportunities to enhance technology and innovation to improve departmental effectiveness. Protect and manage the See's brand at all times. Perform special projects as assigned. Core Capabilities:
Relationship management, strong communication, project management, organization, and prioritization skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet KPIs. Experience with QA and User Acceptance Testing. Minimum Qualifications:
At least 5 years of relevant experience in Cloud-based marketing, CRM, or direct marketing. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Admin Certification is a plus. Basic knowledge of SQL, AMPscript, and HTML is advantageous. Experience managing vendors and working with databases. Experience in multi-channel retail is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with excellent planning and project management skills. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience.
