Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field required. 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role, preferably in a school setting. Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail. Strong project management skills and an ability to balance multiple priorities. Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, social media, and website management. Experience with Blackbaud or other content management systems is a plus. Ability to collaborate across departments and engage with diverse constituencies, including students, faculty, parents, and alumni. Passion for education and commitment to promoting the school’s mission and values.
