Dillo Stores, an innovative chain of unmanned convenience stores, is seeking a motivated Marketing Content Assistant to join our team. As part of a young, growing company, you’ll have the opportunity to work alongside successful entrepreneurs and executives, learn the ins and outs of marketing strategy, and make a real impact.

What You’ll Do:

1. Analyze customer insights: Collaborate with the Dillo team to review customer surveys, feedback, and trends to enhance the customer experience and store performance.
2. Develop customer personas: Help us define and refine who our customers are and what they need.
3. Support store location targeting: Assist in identifying and evaluating potential store locations based on company targeting criteria.
4. Create promotional content: Develop engaging content for social media, email, text, push notifications, and promotional campaigns to drive sales.
5. Plan seasonal campaigns: Help design creative, themed promotions for key events and holidays like Valentine’s Day, Thanksgiving, and the Super Bowl.
6. Personalize promotions: Contribute to the creation of a program to personalize promotional content for our customers, enhancing engagement and loyalty.

What We’re Looking For:

1. A student or recent graduate pursuing a degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
2. Strong analytical and creative thinking skills.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
4. Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
5. Experience creating content for social media platforms and other marketing mediums.
6. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and drive to succeed.
