The Basics: IdeaScale is the leading Innovation Management System (IMS) company in the world. We serve both leading national government agencies and Fortune 500 companies, helping them harness the power of ideas. Due to high demand and growth, IdeaScale is seeking a Marketing and Events Specialist to join our fast-growing team. You will be reporting directly to our VP of Customer Experience. What you will do: Lead the Marketing initiatives for our Government sector Sourcing speakers for company webinars Conducting competitive research and marketing audits in all areas including (but not limited to) organic/paid social, website traffic and engagement, content production, and more Accessing and analyzing data from various platforms including (but not limited to) HubSpot, GA4, social media platforms, and more. Full cycle planning and execution of both in-person and virtual events What you bring to the team : 1-3 years of experience in a Marketing and/or Event Planning role or similar experience.
