Job Overview: We are seeking a passionate and creative individual to join our team as a Marketing Associate, Product Marketing & Innovation . This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with multiple brands, guiding products from concept to launch while crafting innovative marketing strategies to position our products in the marketplace. You’ll conduct market research, lead projects, and create compelling content—all within a collaborative, hybrid work environment. Key Responsibilities: Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and new product opportunities. Project Management: Manage the product development process using Stage Gate methodology, collaborating with cross-functional teams. Product Launch Strategy: Develop and implement go-to-market strategies, including crafting messaging and promotional campaigns. Marketing Material Development: Create compelling marketing materials and content that enhance product shopability. Campaign Development: Develop and execute promotional campaigns for strategic product lines. Analytics: Analyze market data, customer feedback, and product performance to guide product marketing strategies. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, engineering, and customer service teams. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Strong project management skills; familiarity with the Stage Gate process is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data. Understanding of marketing fundamentals. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Self-starter with strong organizational skills.
