If you are highly organized and creative, thrive on problem-solving, and have an innate gift for effortlessly managing short-term and long-term projects, you could be an ideal candidate for Garman’s Marketing Coordinator Position. Responsibilities include:
- Update, maintain & audit the website to ensure all Garman companies are consistent and accurate while delivering a good user experience.
- Manage photography and video schedules for new homes and communities, including adding new photos to the website and sharing images with the sales team.
- Create video content to market Garman’s homes and communities on social media platforms.
- Manage Garman’s community and company signage by touring and tracking communities quarterly to ensure Garman sign standards are met with maintenance, design, production, installation, and overall consistent communication and branding.
- Inventory, maintain, and order all Garman Builders’ branded materials, including but not limited to signage, flyers, folders, promotional materials, and vendor management.
- Work with the Marketing Specialist to create marketing materials, advertisements, and graphics as needed.
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing company marketing events.
The successful candidate will be able to meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or Communications preferred
- 2-5 years of relevant marketing experience, with an emphasis on social media and visual content creation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite and Canva)
- Tech savvy; ability to learn new software quickly
