What You'll Do:

1. Lead complex, high-visibility technical programs that power the world's most comprehensive digital video studios technology organization.
2. Drive architectural decisions and technical strategy for next-generation studios businesses from Sales, IP, Financials, Participations and Residuals.
3. Partner with engineering teams to build scalable solutions that handle massive amounts of global content data.
4. Collaborate with MGM Studios, Prime Video leadership, and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative entertainment experiences.
5. Mentor and develop other technical program managers while raising the bar for engineering excellence.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design
- Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
