Transaction Coordination:
• Manage all aspects of the transaction process from contract to close. • Coordinate inspections, assist in negotiations, and facilitate communication between buyers, sellers, and other stakeholders. • Ensure all necessary paperwork is properly executed and deadlines are met. • Update transaction coordination platform daily with key dates and updates
Marketing Support:
• Create and distribute marketing materials including property flyers, brochures, online listings, etc. • Coordinate and maintain online listings presence and update as needed. • Assist in organizing and executing marketing events and campaigns.
Administrative Support:
• Provide general administrative support to the real estate team, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining client database.
Client Relations:
• Communicate with clients to keep them informed throughout the buying and selling process. • Provide exceptional customer service and support to enhance client satisfaction. Qualifications: • Previous experience in real estate or a related field preferred. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. • Proficiency with MS Office and real estate software SISU, Follow Up Boss (e.g., MLS, CRM). • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple deadlines. • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy. • CRM Experience Preferable • Strong visual and verbal storyteller • Social Media/Inbound Certifications are a plus • Team player with a strong desire to contribute to a culture of trust and learning Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000 yearly
