Responsibilities: Assist in the daily management and growth of our social media communities. Support the Social Success team in identifying and nurturing talent for influencer campaigns. Help monitor brand presence and engagement across various online communities. Participate in developing community engagement strategies, both online and offline. Assist in tracking and analyzing key social media metrics to inform overall marketing strategies. Work closely with our team to encourage positive brand sentiment online. Occasionally assist in coordinating in-person community events. This is a great opportunity for an aspiring social media professional to gain hands-on experience and contribute to building a passionate brand community. Qualifications: A passionate individual who lives and breathes social media. Up-to-date with the latest memes, trends, and emerging social media platforms, understanding when to leverage them for genuine audience connection. Basic knowledge of influencer marketing. Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, and other social media platforms. Strong communication skills; able to connect with community members and respond thoughtfully. Flexible and adaptable; thrives in dynamic and uncertain environments. A quick learner with the ability to evaluate social trends and content for community growth. Experience in community engagement (experience with social media or influencer campaigns is a plus).
