CCS Design is seeking a contract Social Media Coordinator (Hidden Valley Ranch) for one of our Fortune 500 CPG clients’ in-house creative agency.

Position Summary
In the role of Social Media Coordinator, you’ll help execute and manage social media content and influencer campaigns for Hidden Valley Ranch. This exciting role is perfect for someone who not only lives and breathes social media but is also organized and project management driven. Candidate needs to be based on the West Coast, Pacific time zone.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day posting of social media content and plan out calendar, setting cadence of posts and balancing variety of content themes to align with brand content strategy.
- Monitor social media community management to ensure frequent and accurate engagement on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Pull ad hoc content metrics for campaign share-outs.
- Keep pulse on competitive activity and share out with internal/external teams accordingly.
- Maintain day-to-day communications with influencers. Ensure campaigns stay on track and meet key deadlines within the overall timeline.
- Assist in compiling campaign learnings for internal stakeholders to improve future influencer content/collaborations.
- This position will report to the Account Director and take business direction from the Social Media Maker.
Experience
- 2-3 years’ experience managing social media content.
- 4-year college graduate Marketing or related degree
- Experience managing social channels on food brand and/or CPG brands a bonus.
Skills
- Must be an enthusiastic and avid social media user with understanding of current and emerging social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
- Basic understanding of influencer marketing best practices
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment with strong multitasking skills and adaptability to change.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with capacity to prioritize work and manage competing deadlines.
- Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external partners.

The expected hourly rate pay range for this position is $40-$50 per hour.
