MRM is looking for a conceptual and digital-savvy Associate Creative Director, Copy to join our growing team. This person will work hands on, on projects as well as lead the Creative team in producing a high-quality creative content for the agency's clients. Along with the account service representatives, the Associate Creative Director maintains contact with the client and presents the team's creative concepts to client representatives. On those accounts under their supervision, the Associate Creative Director provides leadership to art directors and copywriters, along with the Creative Director. They work closely with the other disciplines in delivering and exceeding client expectations. The ideal candidate is passionate about healthcare and fosters creative inspiration and fresh ideation for their team. About the Job Serve as the copy expert for the assigned brands Serve as creative team leader to whom others can look to for direction and solutions. Develop and produce creative concepts through execution for several brands and/or services Bring a fresh approach to day-to-day projects to inspire direct reports and clients alike Proactively suggest creative strategies to ensure copy team delivers high quality, accurate work that follows all regulatory guidelines Work with all functional areas to ensure the work is expressing a compelling single-minded idea Take an active role in client discussions and internal and external meetings to ensure creative and strategic alignment Help client(s) understand and internalize criteria by which creative product should be assessed Manage the successful financial landscape for assigned brands, including reviewing, and providing input on scopes, hours, and staff Identify staffing needs and potential new hire recruits Help shape the careers of assigned direct reports and stand as a strong mentor inspiring award-winning creative excellence Stay up to date on latest trends, talent, and competitive work Support Creative Director in all requests About You 7-8 years of pharmaceutical copy supervisory experience within a fast-paced agency setting Pharmaceutical and/or healthcare copywriting experience is a must A compelling portfolio included with your application Previous leadership and mentoring experience Solid presentations skills Proven ability to engage in creative conversations internally and with clients Motivated to seek/gain additional creative opportunities and/or work on new business pitches Proactive about expanding knowledge of trends so you can share new ideas with your team About MRM MRM is a modern relationship marketing agency that delivers transformative creative solutions at the intersection of business, culture, and technology.
