Position Summary:
The Supervisor PACS is responsible for supervising a team of imaging administrators, providing dependable imaging services.
In addition, responsibilities include successful project delivery, financial health, process development and improvement, short-term and long-term strategies, and relationship management.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
:

Supervises a team of imaging administrators to achieve departmental and organizational goals.Process time off, scheduling, disciplinary and other human resource duties as required to support subordinate staff.

Interfaces with McLaren Health Care supporting partners,ensuring strong relationships and contractual commitments are being met

Manages the delivery of projects within imaging service areas, meeting time, schedule and quality commitments

Collaborates with process teams to create and improve process contributing to imaging service areas dependability and efficiency.

Understands organizational resources, priorities, needs and policies within the McLaren Health Care organization.
Qualifications:
Required:
-
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

10 years of progressively responsible IT & imaging service operations experience
-
3 years of experience managing multiple cross functional teams or projects
Preferred:
-
Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation certified
-
3 years Health Information Technology experience
-
3 years’ service delivery management experience in a 24hours/7 day a week operation

Certification(s) in any of the following disciplines: Enterprise Architecture, Project Management, Lean, Agile certification(s)
