Previous experience in content and campaign creation. Strong writing, strategy, and content planning strategy skills. Video production and graphic design knowledge are a plus.
Can work closely with others to develop strategic content and function as a team member. Able to analyze and prioritize workloads and work independently with minimal supervision.
Exhibits have proven content marketing strategy success. Has documented experience in launching and managing social media campaigns, SEO, SEM, CRM, and email campaigns. Has built and managed websites and web pages.
Excellent strategy, proofreading, editing, and content development skills.
Proficiency with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
Previous experience with email automation is a must.

Functions
Area of Responsibilities
Working within Tanner's tone and brand, the content strategist advances the organization's business strategy by creating and disseminating original contentthrough social media posts, print ads and press releases, videos, blogs and more. Develops SEO-relevant content for newsletters, blogs, eblasts, news posts and more.
Works alongside marketing strategy colleagues to plan, guide, create, develop and implement content relevant to ongoing and upcoming campaigns and marketing strategies. Plans, implements and provides insight to refine content calendars. Deploys content through established social media accountsincluding Meta, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok and othersworking through each's advertising infrastructure to create ads, boost content and schedule posts.
Conducts interviews with internal and external stakeholders to fully understand and realize the content necessary to achieve specific strategic goals.
Curates content, assets and keywords, manages metadata, employs A B testing and monitors ongoing campaigns within our automation tools to realize the most cost-effective strategies for the organization.
Leads the curation of content relative to a host of applications, including drafting and creating web pages within the CMS, creating original graphics, scheduling social posts, creating blog posts, taking pictures and video and mapping journeys within the CRM.
Compliance Statement

Definitions
The content strategist has a track record in leading, developing and executing content marketing strategies that grow market share and strengthen our brand. The content strategist works within multiple digital communication channels, as well as traditional media like print and radio. The right candidate can write strategy-driven SEO-first web copy, serve as a public relations ambassador, draft and optimize blogs, write for email campaigns, vary messaging for social media platforms and more. This is a creative position that develops unique, original content within the health system's brand and voice for a host of applications and audiences. Creating content isn't merely writingthis job captures video, takes photos and keeps their audience top-of-mind in cultivating and creating content. Interaction with patients, clinicians and others is frequent. This position is an expert in quality control, reviewing other content developers' work (including freelancers) to maintain brand and style.
