We serve diverse industries including healthcare, technology, media & entertainment, food & beverage, manufacturing, and consumer goods, delivering measurable results through innovative search, programmatic, and social media strategies. We leverage data-driven decision-making to achieve top results for our clients. We are seeking a Growth Manager to focus on enterprise sales and account development. The position is based in Washington D.C., working primarily with our UK-based Growth Team. Our hybrid work model requires 2 days per week in the office. Responsibilities
Managing top-level event organizer clients and understanding digital marketing campaign performance. Onboarding new clients and transitioning campaigns to technical teams. Creating proposals, understanding budgets, and benchmarking CPAs. Selling digital marketing services, pitching, and upselling to clients. Maintaining commercial awareness of our product offerings and market gaps. Delivering workshops to build confidence internally and externally. Presenting work to stakeholders and incorporating feedback to improve digital products. Growing and developing client relationships, navigating enterprise accounts. Qualifications
Passion for digital marketing and paid media. 3+ years in Account Management/Sales with sales targets experience. Knowledge of paid digital, search, social, and programmatic campaigns. Experience managing Google and social campaigns preferred. Proficiency with Hubspot CRM, analytics, reporting, and Excel. Innovative mindset with a focus on performance improvement.
