We are seeking a Video/Motion Graphics Editor to join our team in Irvine, CA. This role focuses on producing high-quality video content for corporate 1031 Crowdfunding business accounts, The Ed Fernandez Show podcast, and other brands within our umbrella of companies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure social media content is aligned with marketing objectives and company values. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with technical proficiency, capable of working in a fast-paced environment to produce engaging content optimized for performance across various platforms.

Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality video content for weekly podcast and other brand initiatives.
• Edit and enhance video clips for various social media platforms, ensuring high-quality visuals, audio, and overall production value.
• Film and produce high-quality video content for various platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Create and integrate animations, motion graphics, and visual effects to elevate video content and storytelling.
• Create and curate social media content (including graphics, videos, and written copy) across multiple platforms
• Create engaging and compelling short-form video content from longer videos, interviews, events, or other sources, tailored to each social media platform's best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including marketing, design, and investor relations) to ensure social media content is aligned with company values and objectives.
• Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to create social advertisements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field or equivalent work experience
• Adobe Premiere or DaVinci Resolve experience preferred (or comparable software)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

This is an in-office position within a professional workplace, and remote work is not an option.

A portfolio is required for consideration; applications without a portfolio will not be reviewed.

Pay Scale and Compensation Benefits:

The Content Creator position will be full-time, with a competitive salary range of $60k - $65k annually based on experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and paid holidays.
