Role: Marketing Account Director
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)
Salary: up to $120K
A growing media agency is looking for an experienced Account Director to lead client relationships, develop media strategies, and manage high-profile brand and agency partnerships.
Who You Are:
- 7+ years of experience in account management (agency background strongly preferred).
- Strong expertise in digital advertising (compared to fully integrated marketing).
- Skilled in media strategy, client communication, and presenting data-driven insights.
- Entrepreneurial, highly organized, and able to "talk shop" with brands and agencies.
- Comfortable managing client budgets ranging from $10K to $1M+ annually.
- Hybrid work model 3 days in office in Charlotte, NC.
The Role:
- Client Leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact for brands and agencies, leading account strategy and media planning.
- Media Strategy: Develop cross-channel media strategies (not responsible for buying or optimization but must understand it).
- Presentation & Insights: Work with the data science team to interpret performance metrics and present findings to clients.
- Team Leadership (Director Level): Manage a team and oversee client portfolios accordingly.
