Were seeking a dynamic Marketing Director with experience in live music promotions focused on livemusic marketing and turn out who will elevate the independent music agency's brand presence, drive event attendance, aid in developing effective programming and engage music enthusiasts through effective promotionalstrategies and targeted outreach. All candidates but be willing and able to commute to downtown Nashville, Tennessee. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1. Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote upcoming events, concerts and venuehighlights. 2. Identify and cultivate partnerships with local businesses, influencers and media outlets to expandour reach and maximize event visibility. 3. Develop and distribute promotional materials, including flyers, posters and digital ads to generatebuzz and attract attendees. 4. Use analytics and feedback to understand audience preferences and tailor marketing effortsaccordingly. 5. Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insightsto optimize strategies. 6. Work closely with the venues management team, artists and other stakeholders to ensure cohesiveand impactful promotions. 7. Manage and grow the media presence across platforms, creating engaging contentand interacting with our audience. Build and maintain a content calendar. 8. Ensure marketing communications and ad spends are researched, coordinated, support marketingplan objectives and meet organizational expenditure requirements. 9. Report to and collaborate with business owner and senior management to support website designand content marketing. Maximize website performance, track keyword rankings, and implementSEO strategies. 10. Use marketing and communication platforms such as Placer AI and others to reach marketinggoals. 11. Work with external agencies and marketing professionals to supply marketing and PR services. 12. Conduct market research and stay abreast of competitor positioning and industry trends. 13.
