JOB SUMMARY:
We are welcoming an experienced 3D Animator to lead the development of immersive 3D VR 180 animations. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of technical production, build workflows from scratch, create stunning characters and animations, and collaborate with our creative team to set the standard for VR content creation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the creation of 3D characters and VR 180 animations for immersive experiences.
- Build workflows from the ground up to streamline animation production.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align technical execution with creative goals.
- Take ownership of technical production and optimize animations for VR.
- Research and recommend the best tools and software.
- Innovate and stay updated on the latest trends.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Proven experience in 3D animation, with strong skills in character creation and dynamic animation.
- Passionate about animation and eager to take ownership of the field.
- Skilled in building workflows from scratch and exploring new tools and methods.
- Effective communicator, able to collaborate across technical and creative teams.
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive in addressing challenges.

- Familiarity with 360° or 180° VR production.
- Experience with lighting, rendering, or compositing for VR.
