non-technical cofounder
to lead the marketing and GTM strategy for an innovative, browser-based video chat tool designed for instant, no-hassle communication. About the Product Our app is a frictionless, browser-based video chat platform. No downloads. No logins. Just click and go. Ideal for remote interviews, client meetings, coaching sessions, and support calls. The platform also includes scheduling, payment, and screening tools — making it the perfect gateway for creators and professionals who want to monetize their time online. Responsibilities As the marketing & growth cofounder, you’ll work directly alongside the technical founder to: Own and execute the
go-to-market strategy Develop and manage user acquisition campaigns (organic, paid, referral, partnerships) Define and prioritize marketing experiments with a test-and-learn mindset Build the
brand voice
and oversee all outward-facing communication (landing pages, press, email, social) Identify and pursue
distribution partnerships , influencers, and niche communities Analyze funnel data and user behavior to optimize onboarding and conversion Eventually build and manage a small marketing team as we scale Qualifications
Background in
marketing, growth, or sales
(agency or in-house) Proven track record scaling
consumer-facing SaaS
products or marketplaces Data-driven and outcome-focused; comfortable owning KPIs Strong
written and verbal communication skills Self-starter with the ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment Based in or available during
US/Canada time zones Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Bonus If You
Have experience with early-stage startups, particularly as a founding team member Understand performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta, SEO) Are familiar with creator or coaching economies Have a network in tech, education, coaching, or healthcare industries ️ What You’ll Get
