Job Title: Associate Motion/Production Designer

We’re looking for a creative and collaborative Associate Motion/Production Designer to join a fast-paced team focused on developing engaging visual content for online instructional experiences. This hybrid role requires the ability to commute to either Acton, MA or San Diego, CA at least three times per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop compelling motion graphics, animation, and video content for digital learning experiences
• Collaborate with instructional designers, writers, UX designers, and researchers to craft safe, effective, and engaging learning content
• Support user research efforts and iterate based on feedback to enhance user experience
• Create and present storyboards, prototypes, and visual concepts to cross-functional teams and leadership
• Contribute to evolving design standards and brand consistency across projects
• Be mentored by senior staff and contribute to both tactical and innovative design efforts

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Motion Design, UX, HCI, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 1–2 years of relevant experience with a strong portfolio showcasing motion and video design
• Proficient in Adobe Suite (After Effects, Premiere, etc.)
• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills
• Curious, collaborative, and passionate about creating delightful user experiences

Additional Information:

• Must be able to commute regularly to the Acton, MA or San Diego, CA office
• This is a hybrid position with a minimum of 3 days/week onsite
