We are looking for a passionate and process-driven Social Media Coordinator to support all owned Social Media consumer channels across the enterprise. This role will support the Social Media Community Specialist, report to the Social Media Manager and work collaboratively with Creative, Product Marketing, CRM, PR and outside agency teams. The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for planning and creating content that follows our existing Social Media Playbook and focuses on building a loyal community within our social media platforms to nurture and support the customer journey. This role will be responsible for assisting the Social Media Community Specialist to develop and execute social media campaigns, leveraging key metrics to illustrate successes and supporting the production of engaging and content. This candidate is passionate about social media marketing and knowledgeable about current trends and will possess a deep understanding of how people digest and engage with social content. This candidate can work fast on their toes, stays up to date on cultural trends, emerging platforms, and industry best practices.
Essential Functions:
- Creates, in close collaboration with the Social Media Community Specialist, a social media content calendar for all social media consumer platforms including, but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.
- Publish content across all social channels both natively and within the Sprinklr environment.
- Handles all pro-active community management responsibilities across social media platforms (not inclusive of customer service inquires).
- Identifies and can create content in real-time for emerging trends across social media platforms with a specific focus on Twitter and TikTok.
- Manage and collect User Generated Content with our UGC management platform.
- Support any new launch of new ships or product features with on-location content capture.

- Manage small-scale social media content capture shoots onboard ships during port days and/or sailings or events.
- Ongoing admin work for maintaining social platforms, monitoring budget spends, sharing of assets, etc.
Qualifications & Education:
- Bachelors degree Preferably in marketing, communications or related field with writing abilities or editorial experience.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Familiar with technicalities of all social media platforms.
- Proven time management skills and keen sense for prioritization. Working knowledge of social best practices and proven experience executing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter or TikTok.
The pay for this role is $23 an hour, paid every Friday.
