The Team You’ll Work With …

As the Contract Photographer, you will work directly with our talented Marketing team to create high-quality product photos that showcase our new collections. This role reports to the Creative Manager and is located onsite in Aromas, CA. Fireclay Tile provides professional photography and video equipment, though candidates may use their own. Our culture thrives on professional development, ongoing training, and opportunities for growth within the organization.

Estimated hourly rate range of $20 - $30 for a 3-month independent contractor engagement. Total compensation is not to exceed $12,000. The final hourly rate will be determined based on the selected contractor's experience, qualifications, and the scope of work. Interested contractors are encouraged to submit their proposed hourly rate along with a detailed proposal outlining their qualifications and approach to the project.

The opportunities you will have …

• Maintain consistent lighting, composition, and color accuracy across all assets.
• An eye for detail is critical. Overhead perspectives must be straight and files must adhere to naming conventions.
• Images will be edited by our internal post-production team.
• Assets must be organized in order to ensure clear communication with the team.

About You …

• Proven experience in product photography, particularly in studio settings.
• Proficiency in Lightroom and Photoshop.
• Ability to shoot and produce high-quality visuals under tight deadlines.
• Strong file organization skills and keen attention to detail.
• Experience collaborating with Marketing and Production teams on product launches.
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds.
