Required Skills:

Concept Artist Responsibilities:

1. With a focus on versatility across projects and groups:
2. Define and evolve artistic direction, aesthetics, ideation, design, and vision within the immediate team and in direct collaboration with external partners.
3. Collaborate on the creation of branding, style guides, and related materials for internal and external teams.
4. Communicate visual goals and manage expectations with cross-functional internal and external partners.
5. Create production concepts, storyboards, and 2D assets.
6. Use industry standard and proprietary tools to create content.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Proven aesthetic and design-oriented skills.
2. Industry experience in an agency setting, entertainment design, or other interactive media.
3. Proficient in industry standard art & illustration tools such as Procreate, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design-related software.
4. Demonstrated capacity to conceptualize ideas through visual development from rough thumbnails to polished final deliverables, and an understanding of translating these ideas with performance constraints.
5. Understanding of mood, lighting, form, shape, and silhouette in regards to composition.
6. Demonstrated capacity to adopt and work within different art styles.
7. Organizational skills with a capacity to work on multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines and expectations.
8. Proactively improve skills by keeping aware of industry techniques and learning new software packages.
9. Capacity to receive and give constructive feedback.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Basic understanding of standard GenAI tools and process.
2. Foundation in the traditional arts.
3. Basic knowledge of 3D workflows.
4. Keen interest in emerging formats, media, and associated technology.

Public Compensation:

$126,000 / year to $175,000 / year + bonus + equity + benefits
