Marketing Manager
Our client is an award-winning, cutting-edge architecture & engineering firm looking for an ambitious Marketing Manager to join our rapidly growing team. This person will play an integral role in driving continued growth. As Marketing Coordinator, this role will report to the Director of Marketing, focusing on RFP/Proposal generation, brand development, social media, PR, website, digital advertising, email, content, and more. Responsibilities
- Assist in the development, execution, and coordination of successful marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and printed collateral.
- Contribute to content creation, including graphic design, photography, video, and post-production.
- Share ownership of the RFP/Proposal process, which includes creation, tracking, and interfacing with potential clients.
- Partner with various team members to augment and maintain the company’s multiple websites, portfolios, and one-pagers.
- Assist in the creation of presentations.
- Collect and create reports of marketing data.
- Support business development by maintaining potential and existing client databases.
- Assist with miscellaneous marketing support and administration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field preferred.
- 5-6 years of proven working experience in marketing.
- A keen eye for photography/graphic design.
- High attention to detail with a current sense of visual trends and engaging storytelling.
- Experience managing marketing campaigns using social media platforms, MailChimp (or equivalent), Squarespace (or equivalent), and later.com social media marketing scheduling (or equivalent).
- Knowledge of website, reporting, and marketing analytics tools.
- Strong portfolio of content using Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, and Canva.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Self-starter with an eagerness to learn and grow.
- Experience and curiosity to use AI as a tool to create “better with less.”
