Position Overview:
We are excited to welcome an experienced Product Marketing Lead to join our dynamic team at Cosmo Bio USA. In this hybrid role, you will play a crucial part in shaping our product portfolio strategy and executing innovative marketing initiatives aimed at expanding our presence in the life sciences distribution sector. Key Responsibilities: Product Management: Assess and onboard new suppliers to enhance our product offerings. Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers to ensure adherence to product quality and delivery standards. Analyze product performance metrics and develop competitive pricing strategies. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure comprehensive product documentation and support materials. Create and curate product catalogs and technical specifications for our sales team. Marketing Leadership: Design and implement digital marketing strategies to effectively promote our product lines. Develop engaging content that showcases our supplier portfolio across various platforms, including our website and social media. Construct and execute supplier-focused marketing campaigns to boost product awareness. Coordinate with suppliers for co-marketing initiatives and promotional activities. Manage the marketing budget and analyze campaign performance metrics to drive improvements. Generate leads through strategic marketing initiatives and compelling content development. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field. 4-5 years of experience in product management and marketing within the life sciences sector. Demonstrated success in supplier relationship management and integrating new product lines. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms. Experience in creating technical product documentation and managing catalogs. Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills. Additional Requirements: Travel requirements: Up to 30% for supplier visits, trade shows, and customer meetings. Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
