Amentum is seeking a qualified Graphic Designer to plan, analyze, and create original visual solutions for communication projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop graphics, digital media, cartography, and other multimedia products.
- Utilize request management tools to provide swift, high-quality customer support for communication requests.
- Coordinate with UI/UX designers in Knowledge Management to ensure graphics provide an engaging and user-friendly experience.
- Create graphic designs for various written and digital products.
- Develop design concepts and implement designs for web pages, mobile apps, newsletters, ads, infographics, banners, illustrations, logos, and other digital content.
- Ensure products conform to production standards, copyright laws, accessibility requirements, and obtain necessary clearances.
- Conduct technical quality checks.
- Manage approved concepts and build in HTML/CSS to ensure responsiveness.
- Provide cartography support to design thematic and reference maps.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS with 5+ years of experience or no degree with 9 years of experience.
- TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required.
- Experience in:
- Graphics, digital media, cartography, multimedia products development.
- Front-end web design, UI/UX, HTML/CSS.
- Photography and video editing.
- Mentoring junior staff.
- Creating engaging, user-friendly graphics and digital content.
- Ensuring compliance with standards and laws.
- Performing technical quality checks.
