- We are hiring a passionate and proven leader to drive the next generation of user experiences. As a Director of Design, Consumer, you will drive UX direction within Ford Credit and lead a team of highly talented designers.
- The Director of Design, Consumer will be responsible for delivering and promoting superior user experience designs to meet business requirements that enhance our digital experiences and products, meet business goals, and strengthen the relationship between Ford Credit and its customers.
- This role also will be responsible for understanding customer behavior, collaborating on conceptual designs for new products, and working closely with product management, development, and other stakeholders throughout the organization.
