Description: Who will support this role? We're looking for a seasoned User Experience Designer to lead global strategies for our client's website online Experiences.
The UX Designer has broad responsibilities including overall design direction and a deep understanding of how to design strategic solutions to evolve the overall user experience balancing brand, business and consumers. This position is responsible for execution of high-quality design experiences that serves our consumers and the strategy to active these experiences.
This person will lead innovative problem-solving workshops, participate collaborative team environments, and demonstrate skills to strategically design multiple projects of differing size and scope. This person is driven by curiosity and passionate about user-centered experience design and able to handle both high-level vision and detail-focused execution. This person will bring world-class expertise in UX design for e-commerce while bring frictionless experiences to life.
Must Haves:
5+ YEO in UX Design - Full scale UX, strategy and UX Design, starting from scratch Ecommerce or Agency experience. IE: creating user and brand and moments in ecommerce while prioritizing checkout conversion, can create experiences rich in brand story telling while balancing UX design n advocate for UX design, Systematic and strategic thinking Figm
Nice to Haves:
Owning their work, pride in design, strong point of view sana and Jira - or have used similar tools
Team Specifics: They will be the only design lead. Working with product owners and tech teams. Cross functional Creative design team and Content Strategy team
