The Lake Erie Crushers are a professional baseball team that are a member of the Frontier League, a Major League Baseball Partner League. The Crushers established in 2009 are based in Avon, Ohio and their home stadium is Lake Erie Crushers Stadium. The stadium has a capacity of 5,000. Including 11 suites, four-person terrace tables, berm seating, picnic, and patio areas for group outings. The stadium has new artificial turf, concession stands, team shop, state of the art sound system and new video board. Avon is 18 miles west of Cleveland, Ohio, and part of the Cleveland metropolitan area.

Responsibilities:
- Take numerous action photos of players.
- Photos of every home game (fans in the stands, different areas of the ballpark, etc.)
- Photos of special events at ballpark.
- Edit, upload and label photos on our server no later than the morning after each game.
- Make sure all corporate and group needs are met.
Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Extremely out-going, charismatic and personable.
- Ability to perform well and maintain character while under stressors or other circumstances.
- Ability to think creatively and outside-the-box.
- Must be a team player with strong leadership and communication skills.
- Must be enthusiastic with a desire to work hard and have a positive "can-do" attitude.
- Ability to multi-task and handle responsibility.
- Self- motivated and ability to take initiative.
Preferred:
- Has their own camera and associated gear including but not limited to:
- a DSLR camera which can take high-resolution/RAW images.
- a telephoto lens to get close-ups of on-field action.
- Working knowledge of the Adobe Suite including but not limited to Lightroom and Photoshop.
- Previous sports photography/action photography experience.
- Good understanding of the game of baseball.
