JustinBradley’s client, a multinational mass media and entertainment company, is seeking a
Senior UX Designer
to
provide User Experience services to the entirety of our client. This is a very rewarding position with the opportunity to create and improve engaging products that are used daily by our clients’ employees as well as external clients. You will be working with a high-profile media company and will get networking opportunities with multiple teams cross-functionally.
Job Responsibilities: Engage with the business development team and/or customer early on to seek a deeper appreciation of the customers’ business problem/goals. Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints. Design, develop and modify software systems, using scientific data analysis. Analyze information to determine, recommend, and plan overall design. Ability to create and use UX artifacts such as, User Journeys, Flow Maps, Wireframes, Interactive Prototypes, Design System. Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams: Business Stakeholders, UX team and Development Teams.
Requirements: Advanced knowledge in Figma - Will be used to prototype and design within this role. Experience in designing enterprise software - Looking for UX designer who has previously worked on internal software for prior organizations. Excellent visual design skills – shown in Portfolio. Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field Adobe Creative Suite experience Intermediate knowledge of using Miro (team uses to collaborate workflow and whiteboard together) M365 suite experience Experience in software design and development. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Strong visual design skills
