With our historic growth, it is an exciting time to join our team of employee-owners.This opportunity entails being responsible for coordinating project execution and control in a given discipline area to achieve continuity of purpose within scope, budget, and time schedules from initial start-up through project closeout. Also accountable for handling specific design aspects on projects appropriate to discipline field. Coordinate efforts of assigned design team to ensure completeness and accuracy of design effort. Serve as technical liaison with client on project efforts.This person can sit in any of the HNTB locations listed.What You'll Do:Responsible for the delivery of project discipline scope elements such as reports, designs, specifications, and plans within budget and schedule.Oversees completeness and accuracy of project team’s work.Utilizes 3D design tools to analyze and mitigate conflicts in project design.Assists with project management duties.Recruits, hires, develops and retains staff, including development of plan for staff reporting, performance and compensation reviews, and succession. Coordinates schedules and approves timecards.Performs other duties as assigned.What You'll Need:Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology or related field and 10 years of relevant experience, orAssociate's degree in Drafting or related field and 12 years of relevant experience, orIn lieu of education, 14 years of related experience.What We Prefer:Construction Documents Technologist (CDT) CertificationAdditional InformationVisa sponsorship is not available for this position.Locations: Atlanta, GA, Denver, CO, Houston, TX (Fannin), Philadelphia, PA (Pennsylvania), Seattle, WA (Downtown)The approximate pay range for the Greater Seattle, WA Metro Area is $120,825.80 - $188,983.93. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual’s qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as physical work location within the state.The approximate pay range for Colorado is $115,572.49 - $180,767.24. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual’s qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as physical work location within the state.The anticipated last day to apply is 10/01/2024.
