We are seeking a Senior Account Supervisor to join our Integrated Brand Team, focusing on consumer technology with an emphasis on media relations in the fashion sector, influencer engagement, digital integration, and project management. The ideal candidate will have experience in the fashion industry, existing connections with top fashion outlets, and a passion for integrated strategy. They should be a collaborative leader, strong writer, trend spotter, and creative brainstormer who is proactive and innovative.
This role requires agency experience managing clients and teams, developing complex media strategies, overseeing budgets, and collaborating across disciplines. The candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities
- Lead research, planning, and execution of integrated communications campaigns, ensuring earned media focus.
- Possess strong experience and relationships within the fashion industry, with a proven track record of media coverage.
- Manage global campaigns through all phases: discovery, influencer engagement, strategy, creative, launch, and post-launch.
- Develop and implement comprehensive media strategies, collaborating with social, influencer, and creative teams.
- Coordinate with Project Management to execute campaign plans effectively.
- Manage client budgets and develop scope of work documents.
- Provide strategic counsel on media relations, outreach, messaging, and event management.
- Serve as the primary client contact and lead when appropriate.
- Write internal and client communications, press materials, and proposals.
- Coordinate with other agencies and partners as needed.
- Oversee account quality and team performance, ensuring work meets standards and deadlines.
- Contribute to new business development through research, ideas, and proposals.
- Participate in cross-practice and cross-geographical teams to deliver compelling solutions.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum six years of experience in public relations and/or advertising.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Passion for and knowledge of fashion, with experience in categories like watches, jewelry, handbags, sneakers, or apparel.
- Understanding of client businesses, stakeholders, and key audiences.
- Ability to delegate, judge, and edit work effectively.
- Experience in developing and executing communication plans with senior staff.
- Familiarity with PR tactics and tools, able to recommend strategies.
- Experience managing client finances and large projects.
- Proven leadership in managing teams and sizable accounts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary range: $90,000 - $120,000 annually, based on various factors including experience and location. Other rewards include bonuses, benefits, and perks such as health insurance, 401K, paid time off, and wellness programs.
