Kforce has a client in Cincinnati, OH that is seeking a Level I UIX UX Designer to join their team.
Summary:
This position is for our MAKE Manufacturing project, which is our effort to modernize our technology and improve the associate experience across 32 plans. The role would involve on-site user research, service blueprinting and journey mapping, usability testing and heuristic evaluation. It will be light on UI design and prototyping as we are working with a third-party software vendor.
Required Skills : Conduct heuristic evaluations of third party software and make recommendations Conduct user research and prepare deliverables Conduct user testing and analysis. Inform and coordinate with Organizational change management efforts Collaborate with product managers, engineering, scrum, quality and third-party vendor.
