We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Creative Director to lead and inspire our in-house creative team. This individual will ensure creative excellence across all platforms while driving consistency, innovation, and alignment with our brands evolving market positioning. The Creative Director will partner closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver impactful, business-driving creative solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and inspire a creative team of 10+ to deliver high-quality work that drives business outcomes. Oversee the conceptualization, development, and execution of marketing collateral, customer communications, events, and sales materials. Assess and prioritize incoming creative requests, ensuring a process-driven approach to workload management and delegation. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure creative strategies align with business goals and brand standards. Direct the development of engaging, purpose-driven content across multiple mediums including headlines, CTAs, video, presentations, and more. Work cross-functionally with brand architecture partners to maintain consistency in the brands look, feel, and messaging. Act as a thought leader in MarTech, contributing to the re-positioning efforts and championing the use of modern creative technologies. Inspire and influence executive stakeholders through compelling creative strategies and presentations. Required Qualifications: 10+ years of professional experience in creative roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity managing creative teams. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT). Proven track record of collaborating across marketing, sales, and product functions. Experience driving brand consistency across platforms and touchpoints. Strong understanding of the MarTech landscape and experience supporting brand repositioning initiatives. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in B2B environments, ideally within complex industries like healthcare, technology, or senior living. Familiarity with agencies and managing agency relationships for video and brand architecture projects.
