We are seeking a creative problem solver to join our team as an Integrated Producer. This role involves independently leading small to mid-tier projects, guiding execution, and collaborating across departments to ensure flawless, on-time, and on-budget deliverables.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of line/studio production, post-production workflows (2D/3D animation, editorial, finishing), and experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with teams to deliver integrated content from concept to completion.
• Produce multi-platform campaigns including broadcast, digital, animation, social, OOH, and radio.
• Collaborate with creative teams to execute their vision efficiently and with high quality.
• Manage content production with internal and external vendors.
• Oversee small in-house productions, working closely with studio resources.
• Maintain project organization, status updates, and resource management.
• Coordinate with Business Affairs on budgets, contracts, talent, and licenses.
• Ensure proper project wrap-up and reporting.
• Demonstrate passion for the agency, the work, and the client’s business.

Qualifications

• 3-4+ years of experience in advertising or production, with a focus on TVC, social, digital, and animation content.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, and modular workflows.
• Comfortable line producing shoots and post-production.
• Established relationships with vendors and reps.
• Knowledge of industry guidelines, union rules, and regulations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Willingness to travel; LA-based candidates only.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
