We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing Sr. Director of Sales with experience selling digital media technology and services. With a primary focus on reselling technologies via Monks’s partner ecosystem, you will be responsible for managing a given territory of existing and prospective accounts. You’ll manage inbound leads, as well as generate new opportunities via Monks’s partners. The ideal candidate has a history of bringing on new business and beating sales quotas in a services industry, and is an expert storyteller. This role will work closely with the internal operations teams and Media Pillar leadership, as well as manage external vendor and partner relationships to close leads and win new business for Monks. Responsibilities:
Develop & execute growth strategy across our partner ecosystem Manage and close inbound partner leads for critical resale opportunities Identify new business opportunities, target markets and industry trends to drive business growth Upsell existing clients with additional partner technologies, as well as proprietary Monks solutions Develop and implement effective sales strategies using a consultative approach and mindset, to penetrate new markets and expand our existing client base Sales & Business Development
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients, prospects and partners Drive the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal close Maintain relationships post deal to develop an ongoing services roadmap Strategic Partnerships
Collaborate with our Media partners to drive joint marketing and sales initiatives, resulting in increased business opportunities Stay up to date on our Media partner products (Google, Amazon, Trade Desk and more), Monks capabilities, industry developments, and competitive landscape About You
The essentials:
3-5+ years of experience exceeding growth targets with an agency, adtech or martech provider Track record of driving sales growth with a focus on enterprise-level clients Proven experience in business development in a services environment Strong knowledge of the adtech/martech landscape - products, services and industry trends Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute growth strategies Results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and revenue generation Not a must, but a plus:
