Job Description:

Essential Functions:

1. Identify revenue opportunities in the audio market segment and develop clear winning strategies for the next 2 to 3 years.
2. Define new class D audio processors, power stages, and module products; create product roadmaps based on market trends, competitive analysis, and MPS's strengths and weaknesses.
3. Manage product execution schedules.
4. Conduct weekly or monthly design reviews with design engineers to ensure adherence to product schedules.
5. Develop a 3-year revenue plan with growth margins in the audio market segment based on roadmaps and schedules.
6. Provide new opportunities in the audio market segment, offer technical support, and collaborate with regional sales to grow revenues.

Qualifications:

• At least 10 years of experience as a hardware design engineer in a leading audio company.
• Deep knowledge of audio amplifiers.
• At least 3 years of experience managing an engineering team.
• MSEE degree is a plus.

Pay varies based on location, experience, skills, and education. In San Jose, CA, the salary range is $170,000–$275,000; in Kirkland, WA, it is $160,000–$265,000.
