In this role you will play a crucial role in managing the digital presence of iconic brands including Disney On Ice, Monster Jam, and other relevant properties. You will collaborate closely with our web team to ensure the optimization, performance, and content management of our portfolio of international websites. Additionally, you will drive the organic social media strategy for these international brands, engaging global audiences and expanding brand reach around the world. Essential Job Functions Collaborate with internal teams on the conceptualization and implementation of strategies and campaigns for our brands across digital channels, while ensuring integration with the overall global marketing initiatives.Work with digital marketing, international promoters, brand managers, media relations, and relationship marketing teams to ensure information is presented correctly and cohesively across all brand websites and social media channels. (e.g. presale dates, new shows/tours/languages, new campaigns and announcements, etc.).Manage and drive success across multiple brand platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, YouTube, and Twitter.Develop and manage strategic content calendars.Monitor and work with internal teams to understand social media conversations, engaging to meaningfully connect with the community.Plan, launch, and maintain all international web properties and support related projects:Determine project scope and requirements and ensure execution of appropriate development contracts.Manage and coordinate production timelines for all stages of web and digital product development.Communicate updates on project timelines.Submit/track tickets with IT, Creative Services, Marketing Services and outside agencies.Post news, photos, videos, show info, and other timely info to various web properties.Maintain quality control/quality assurance of all posted information.Build and maintain additional versions outside the US.Project manage and communicate timelines for launch.Leverage writing and creative skills to develop compelling content for use across social and the web.Work with the creative team to develop photo, graphic, and video content.Collaborate with agencies, external brand partners, and internal teams to ideate, launch and optimize.Aid overall business with decision support via analytics and consumer intelligence.Lead and educate the team in the development and use of emerging technologies.Have a strong interest in experimenting with owned digital media channels. Job Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required in Social Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.1-3 years of content management experience (maintaining public-facing websites) via WordPress, Drupal, or other comparable CMS. 2-3 years of digital marketing experience.Understanding and interest in the ever-changing world of social media and digital marketing.Strong business and creative writing and communication skills required.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, trends, and the appropriate utilization of each to reach different target markets and objectives.Highly motivated, and a team player with a positive attitude and an eagerness to learn.
