What You'll Do: Dominate the Mic: Lead a no-holds-barred talk show with sharp commentary, laugh-out-loud humor, and cover everything Southwest Florida cares about. Stir Things Up: We don't shy away from provocative commentary. Let it all hang out! Use the right amount of sass to create compelling radio that keeps listeners coming back. Prep Like a Pro: Know the LOCAL issues inside and out, create original angles, have a plan for every show. Live the Life: Immerse yourself in the community and make the effort to truly understand what makes SWFL tick. Be the People's Champ: Engage with your audience on-air and off. Build connections that matter with your listeners, local leaders, and anyone else who values bold radio.
