What You'll Do: Develop & Implement Digital Strategies - Shape Mosaic's online presence through SEO, website management, email marketing, and social media campaigns. Manage Social Media & Digital Ads - Craft compelling content, execute ad campaigns, and engage with audiences across platforms. Optimize Websites for Performance - Maintain and enhance web pages while ensuring alignment with SEO best practices. Execute & Analyze Marketing Campaigns - Use Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other tools to track performance and guide strategic decisions. Collaborate & Train - Work closely with cross-functional teams, provide social media training, and ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
3+ years of experience in digital marketing or corporate communications
Proficiency in social media management tools, email marketing, and website administration
Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and basic web coding (HTML, CSS, WordPress
Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
