Overview
Create and develop motion content across a range of entertainment and brand projects including, but not limited to, compositing, 2D & 3D, film editing, animation, kinetic typography, color correction, sound design, and current motion practices.

Collaborate across the varying phases of development, from conceptualization and storyboarding, to animating and editing.
(03)
Work in tandem with the creative team to confidently brainstorm and define concepts and executions with an emphasis on craft and conversation.

Ensure details such as imagery, font selection, hierarchy, and spacing and professionally executed upon and thematically aligned with the creative direction.
(05)
Ensure assets suit all digital platforms for optimal experience.
(06)
Confidently create within Adobe Creative Suite and supporting programs with an emphasis on efficiency and effectiveness —staying up-to-date on tools and processes.
(07)
Ensure project assets are organized and managed for easy access and efficient workflows for yourself, team members, and clients.
(08)
Conduct thorough reviews of your work to ensure accuracy, consistency, and high-quality.
(09)
Present visual exploration and concepts to internal stakeholders with the ability to adapt and amplify off provided feedback and direction.
Qualifications
(01)
Reel or portfolio required.
(02)
Minimum of a bachelor's degree in either Motion, Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts or other related fields.
(03)
2 to 4 years of professional motion graphic design experience (ideally within commercial or broadcast design production).
(04)
Excellent design sense, including composition, color, and typography.
(05)
Confidently proficient in After Effects, C4D, Premiere, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
(06)
Excellent sense of timing, motion, and easing.
(07)
A positive and self-initiating approach to problem-solving.
(08)
Strong time management and organized workflow for yourself and corresponding team members.
(09)
Knowledge of all the main social platforms and their respective technical specifications.
(10)
The ability to work within short form storytelling based on the medium and length (:05, :10, :15 & :30 spots).
(11)
Confident in a collaborative, and often fast-paced creative environment.
(12)
