- Social Media Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase online visibility, engagement, and brand awareness across all relevant platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.). - Content Creation & Management:
Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content (photos, videos, written posts) across all social media channels to ensure consistent and impactful brand messaging. - Brand Design & Maintenance:
Use graphic design tools (e.g., Photoshop) to create visually appealing content and ensure consistency across social media platforms, including Facebook timeline covers, profile pictures, blog layouts, and other marketing materials. - Paid & Organic Marketing Campaigns:
Manage and optimize both paid and organic marketing efforts to drive leads, increase traffic, and build brand loyalty. - Collaboration with Sales Team:
Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing strategies align with sales goals and help drive revenue. Provide them with the necessary tools, content, and materials. - SEO Optimization:
Implement SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and improve organic visibility, driving more traffic to our website and social media pages. - Event Coordination:
Plan, coordinate, and execute key industry events, such as SEMA and other car shows, ensuring all marketing materials, presentations, and promotions are aligned with company objectives. - Consulting and Presentations:
Provide strategic marketing consulting to internal teams, present marketing insights, and make data-driven recommendations to improve campaign performance. - Reporting & Analysis:
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, social media engagement, and ROI. Use analytics to adjust strategies for optimal results. - Partial Sales & Customer Service: Response emails and customer phone calls
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of online marketing and major marketing channels (social media, SEO, email marketing, etc.).
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Photoshop and other creative software.
- Photography skills for capturing high-quality images to support content creation.
- Ability to develop and implement both paid and organic marketing campaigns.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, especially with the sales team to ensure marketing strategies align with sales objectives.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25+ pounds (for event setup and materials handling).
- Knowledge of SEO practices and experience implementing SEO strategies is a plus.
- Experience with event planning and coordinating industry events, particularly within the automotive space (e.g., SEMA or similar events), is highly desirable.
